Krister Lindstedt on the Relocation of Kiruna, Sweden

Krister Lindstedt, architect and urban planner based out of Stockholm, Sweden, tells the fascinating story of how Kiruna, a small town next to a mine, is being physically moved and rebuilt to be a better urban habitat for its citizens. He discusses the importance of talking to citizens to make the city more livable and make sense for the lifestyle of the people in it, incorporating green corridors, places for public meetings, and enabling a diverse economy to emerge.
