Pavel has been responsible for the construction of the Aviatika project, the first office building on the Waltrovka brownfield site in Prague 5 – Jinonice. Aviatica has been awarded, among other prizes, the 2015 CEEQA Award for the best development project in the CEE region. Pavel is now busy with the construction of the next phase of that project, called Dynamica, and is also responsible for preparation of the Masaryk Station revitalisation project, which will be the largest development in central Prague to date and aims to improve this part of Prague's centre to the level of the most attractive cities worldwide, thanks to world-class architecture and exceptional functionality. Together with Florentinum, this will be the most sought-after business address in Prague. Pavel joined Penta as an experienced real estate and private equity manager in 2012. His previous posts included that of a partner in the 3C private equity fund, a consultant to financial institutions during restructuring of development portfolios, or a consultant at the Ministry of Finance and in the Bond Department at JP Morgan in London. He teaches a course on investment and real estate valuation at the Charles University's Institute of Economic Studies.
